If you are using liquid adhesive, apply a thin layer of liquid glue around the circumference of your head. After allowing the adhesive coat to dry, gently place the lace wig on your head. Then, press the wig on the glued area firmly to set the wig in place. The double-sided adhesive tapes can also be used to attach lace front wigs. Cut the tape into desired lengths and place these strips around the perimeter of your hairline, leaving open spaces between the strips. After that, fasten the wig hair with a hair clip or a tight elastic band. Remove the backing from the adhesive tape strips and then put the wig on the adhesive tape. Apply the wig by pressing it onto the adhesive tape for sometime.
How To Remove the Lace Front Wigs: Apply a lace wig adhesive solvent on the lace of the wig. You can also use isopropyl alcohol to remove the lace wig from the head. After applying the solvent or alcohol, wait for sometime to allow the remover or alcohol to soften and loosen the lace glue adhesive. Slowly and gently remove the wig from the head. Do not forget to clean the wig after each removal.
How to Maintain the Lace Front Wig: If you maintain your lace wigs properly, you can use it for a long time. Read and carefully follow the manufacturer’s instructions about how to clean the wig. Most probably, you have to wash your lace front wig once every fourteen day. These wigs are made of natural hair and therefore you can use various accessories such as shampoos, conditioners and sprays, to make your lace wig clean and conditioned. Before shampooing, comb your wig with a wide tooth comb to remove any tangles or knots. It is better to use a shampoo that has low ph balance and is mild.
